Booking Pre and Post Stay Dates: Your group main dates are for arrival October 9 to departure on October 11, 2026.

For anyone who needs the additional pre/post stay dates (arrival October 6, to departure October 14, 2026) they will need to book the contracted event dates first and then contact the hotel for assistance in updating the reservation to match their length of stay.

Payment Schedule: While the payment deposit policy is available for view when people are booking, it is a section that is often overlooked. Please let your guests know that if they book the group block, there are different payment schedules. The payment schedule is as follows from the contract:

1st Night deposit/payment will be collected after reservation creation

50% of their stay will be collected 60 days prior to arrival (starts on the week of August 9)

Remaining payment will be collected 30 days prior to arrival (starts on the week of September 9)

i. Any reservations made after September 9 will be fully charged before arrival.

RSVP & Attendance 

How do I RSVP? Use the RSVP button on this site; please respond by August 15th, 2026.

Can I bring a plus-one? Only guests named on the invitation are invited; space is limited.

I can’t attend—should I still RSVP? Yes, please decline so we can finalize counts.

Travel & Lodging 

Which airport should I fly into? (HNL) Daniel K. Inouye International Airport on the island of O'ahu.

Do you have a hotel block? Wayfinder Waikiki.

What if I want to stay at another hotel? We highly recommend staying at Wayfinder Waikiki to simplify travel and keep the group in one place, but you’re welcome to stay wherever works best.

How do I get between events? There will be provided transportation from Wayfinder Waikiki to the venue and back for the reception; venue is approx. 30-45 mins from the recommended hotel; rental vehicles are allowed however, ride-share services like Uber, Lyft, etc. are not permitted by the venue.

Shuttle details? Pickup will be at Wayfinder Waikiki at [time TBD]; departure from the venue back to the hotel will be at [time TBD].

Schedule & Venues 

Where are the ceremony and reception? Ceremony will be at the Nalo Gardens. The reception will be at Redfish Waikiki located in the Wayfinder Waikiki hotel.

What time should I arrive? Arrive at least [20–30] minutes early to be seated before the ceremony if not taking the shuttle.

Is the event indoors or outdoors? Ceremony is outdoors in the grass; reception is indoors.

What’s the timeline? Ceremony will be at 1:30pm → Back to hotel → Reception dinner will be at Redfish Waikiki at 4:00pm.

Dress & Comfort 

What’s the dress code? Please wear Cocktail attire. Be aware the ceremony will be in the grass when choosing footwear.

Weather considerations? October in Hawaii offers warm, summer-like weather, with average daytime highs in the low-to-mid 80º.

Photos & Tech 

Can we take photos during the ceremony? We’re having an unplugged ceremony; phones away until after the ceremony please and thank you.

How will we share the gallery? We’ll post the professional album link here after the wedding.

Gifts & Other Policies 

Registry and gifts: Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift. Should you wish to give something more, we have curated a small registry for our home and future together.

Alcohol and ID: No alcohol is going to be served at the ceremony. All alcohol will be served at the reception dinner.

Smoking/vaping: Allowed only in designated areas outside the venue.
